When you pay for our products via Paypal or iZettle, we do not have access to your credit card details.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We use your information to process orders and to keep a record of products that you have purchased.

We also use your information to send you marketing material, either by email or post, of things that we are doing that we think may interest you. If you no longer wish to receive marketing material, you will be able to unsubscribe at any time.

Security

Information about you will be kept safe and secure. We hold information on a single hard drive accessed via a computer which has a Firewall and is virus protected. We also retain local back-ups of data in case of hard-drive failure.

We also keep paper copies of orders and invoices.

Whom we share your personal information with and why?

We only share your personal information with other organisations to enable us to fulfil your order or to communicate with you. These may include but are not limited to, a delivery service such as Royal Mail, a customs service for goods entering your country, and a mail service such as Mailchimp.
